  General Terms od participation

 

 

1. APPLICATION OF PARTICIPATION

 

MAXPOL Sp. z o.o. accepts applications of participation on the basis of original, fulfilled and signed Form 1.

Participants are obliged to pay registration fee(as referred below).

Exhibitor has the right to withdraw the participation in fair, provided that he will send written notification to Organizer no later then 15 December 2011. In this situation, Exhibitor is also obliged to pay handling charge to the amount of registration fee. If Exhibitor withdraw the participation or will send written notification after 15 December, he is obliged to pay full amount resulting from application of participation.

 

2. REGISTARTION FEE

 

The registration fee includes:

  • handling charges connected with Exhibitor’s registration,
  • Exhibitor’s card, which allow entry on fairground ( 1per each 3m2),
  • Exhibitor’s entry in catalogue ( company name, address, phone/fax data, description of company activities),
  • 1 fair catalogue,
  • 1 parking card,
  • 2 invitations for banquet organized by Organizer.

 

3. EXHIBITION SPACE LEASE

 

The price for 1m2 exhibition space includes:

  • using space by exhibitor during the fair,
  • using common used space,
  • cleaning of passages and corridors,
  • fire precautions and security guard,
  • advertising and promotion of fair.

In case of ordering only the space without equipment , Organizer has the right to add 10% of the whole costs of ordered space. The minimum space is 6m2 for the terrace space and 12m2 for the corner space.

 

4. STAND CONSTRUCTION

 

The price for 1m2 of stand construction includes: mantling and dismantling of stand, equipping stand with standard or individual construction.

Standard stand construction includes:

  • white walls,
  • carpet,
  • frieze with the name of the company,
  • 1 table,
  • 2 chairs,
  • 1 light per each 3m2 of stand,
  • 1 socket.

In case of individual stand construction  project and price will be agreed with Exhibitor.

 

5. PAYMENT FOR CONNECTING AND CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY

 

Exhibitor, who orders electricity are obliged to pay the price for electricity connection and consumption. The amount of the price depends on the power of electricity.

 

6. ADDITIONAL SERVICES

 

Payment for additional services according to fulfilled form B1, B2, B3.

 

7. LOGISTIC SERVICES

 

( forwarding, transport of goods, unloading and loading, warehousing of packages, transport of goods to stand)

8. PAYMENT CONDITIONS

 

Payment for participation in this fair Has to be done on the basis of Pro-Forma invoice issued by Fair Organizer. Terms of payment will be put on the invoice. If Exhibitor will not pay issued invoices Organizer is obliged to remove this company form the list of exhibitors. In this situation the exhibitor will not lay any claim to this fair.
